DATA RIGHTS

How We Handle Your Legal Data

Your account data is handled as a legal record when it affects access, wallet ownership, or identity.

Identity record handling

When you complete Profile > Verification, we match your submitted details to your account name and wallet history. We use this for account ownership checks, withdrawal disputes, and legal eligibility where local law permits.

Cookie use on devices

Cookies help remember session status, language choice, and security prompts on mobile browsers. You can clear them in your browser settings, but we may ask you to log in again and verify the device.

Payment record retention

DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS transaction IDs are kept with wallet records so we can trace deposits, withdrawals, and account ownership questions. We do not change those records without a clear correction trail.

Session security checks

Settings > Security shows active sessions and recent device access. If a phone is unfamiliar, end the session first, then contact us so we can mark the account for a legal security check.

Correction requests

If your name, phone, or wallet label is wrong, send a correction request from the logged-in account. We may ask for a fresh verification step before changing anything tied to withdrawals.

Account closure records

If you ask to close an account, we remove access after required checks and keep only records needed for disputes, wallet reconciliation, and legal duties. We confirm the request through your registered contact path.

Legal Questions From Your Account

The questions below focus on your legal relationship with us, not general lobby features. Use them before you open an account, update a wallet, or send a data request. If your situation involves access from Indonesia, eligibility depends on local law, and our team will ask for account-specific details before giving a case response.

Access depends on local law. Before you open an account, you should check the rules that apply to your location, device access, and payment use. We may restrict or pause an account when eligibility is unclear.

Verification helps us confirm that the account holder controls the profile, phone, and wallet records. This is important before we change details linked to DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS, or any withdrawal history.

Yes. Send the request from Help > Legal Request after logging in. We may ask you to confirm your username, registered phone, last device session, and a recent payment reference before we release account data.

We use cookies for session status, language setting, and security prompts. If you clear browser cookies, your session may end and you may need to pass a device check before account access resumes.

We may pause wallet changes while checking the account file. The team compares your profile name, payment rail, transaction ID, and login history before deciding whether a correction or extra verification is needed.

Log in, open Help > Legal Request, and choose account correction. We will ask for details that connect the request to your account, then confirm any accepted change through your registered contact route.

Yes. Access can change when local rules, location checks, account data, or payment records require another look. If that happens, we contact you through the account path and explain the next verification step.
